2. Use of Services

• Our service is designed for businesses and professionals. By using this service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

• An account will be created automatically upon successful payment.

• Any incorrect, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment information may result in cancellation of your access to the service.

• We are not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate payment details provided by the user.

4. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

• If a payment method used for purchasing our services is suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or criminal activity, we reserve the right to:

1. Cancel the transaction and refund the payment (if applicable).
2. Suspend or terminate the associated account immediately.
3. Report the incident to law enforcement, payment processors, or financial institutions.

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

• If your payment method is later flagged as fraudulent, we may refuse future transactions from the same source.

5. Payments

• Payment processing is handled through the payment providers

• Fees for our services are outlined on our website.

• Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy below.

6. Refund

• Refunds are only available within 2 days of the initial purchase.

• To request a refund, you must contact  with proof of purchase and a reason for the request.

• Refunds will not be issued for:

1. Services that have already been fully downloaded.
2. Cases where the user fails to provide necessary data for analysis.
3. Transactions flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method and the issued token will be deactivated and deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Service.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any data loss or disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea.
